Advertiser Account Manager
Following a highly successful period this technology led, online advertising technology business has an immediate need for an Account Manager within their London office. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with advertisers and agency clients and proactively monitoring and optimising campaigns and optimising them to ensure they meet client objectives.
Working closely with the Ad Sales team to ensure client needs and expectations are met and to assist with up-sell opportunities. Additionally you will interact frequently with other departments to resolve client inquiries.
Your responsibilities will includes;
· Manage, establish, and expand advertising campaigns for a designated portfolio of clients.
· Perform thorough client needs analysis and identify strategies for meeting campaign objectives and maximizing campaign ROI.
· Maintain a close relationship with each client through routine follow-up and exceptional execution and service.
· Analyze, maintain, adjust, and troubleshoot existing campaigns.
· Exceeding set department and client performance goals.
· Assist with up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
· Utilize internal reporting offerings to proactively provide audience insights to portfolio of clients.
· Initiate renewal efforts with each client
We are keen to hear from individuals with the following skills and experience;
· 3+ years online advertising/account management experience.
· Proven experience working with advertisers to fully understand their business model and campaign objectives, and ability to develop strategies to meet their goals.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong overall internet skills.
· Experience with Doubleclick, Atlas, Right Media, and AppNexus ad serving systems.
· Strong analytic aptitude.
· Expertise with Microsoft Office programs.
· Experience using media and sales tracking tools.
· Ability and willingness to share knowledge with and train new team members.
· BA/BS degree .
Supervisory responsibilities:
· The Advertiser Account Manager will work independently prioritizing and completing advertiser account management tasks. The Account Manager will delegate tasks (where appropriate) to supporting Campaign Coordinators.
