VP Sales EMEA - Digital Advertising Platform - Brussels
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a industry sales and business development professional to become involved with the continued growth of a well known and robust digital advertising platform has a unique offering that will apply to all advertisers and agencies alike within the display ecosystem. Indeed, they believe they can increase ROI by:
Managing and optimizing their digital advertising (search, display, Facebook)
Attribute and analyze their marketing performance across all online channels
Personalize their customers’ website experiences for their unique interests
Increase their conversion rates by selectively engaging highly interested visitors
The VP Sales Europe will play a key role in the development and growth of the revenue in Europe by successfully managing a team of international sales professionals, partners as well as personally closing and managing major European accounts. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of international sales experience, preferably working within the digital marketing field, and thrive in a fastDpaced, entrepreneurial environment. A strong network of contacts across the industry, including direct clients as well as agencies, would be invaluable.Responsibilities:
Reaching European annual revenue targets, including personal targets
Managing existing major European accounts directly and expanding revenue by cross-selling services and/or upselling to additional markets
Managing the European sales team by setting goals, helping them to build up a strong pipelineand joining them in relevant local client/prospect meetings
Managing Partners/ReDsellers in Europe Identify opportunities to pitch to new clients/agencies Participate European events and tradeshows, in cooperation with marketing
Provide client’s feedback internally to support product development Actual & reliable reporting on pipeline and forecasted revenue
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business required
6+ years of experience in a business development/sales role at a digital advertising or marketing technology company
3+ years of experience in managing a team of sales professionals
Strong strategic thinker, problem solving, decision making, judgment, flexibility, oral and written communications, organization and inter-personal skills required
Proven track-record in closing contracts
Results oriented, high energy style and driven to succeed
Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape
