Conversion Rate Optimization Manager (m / f)
Your challenge: Developing and implementing initiatives to improve the conversion rate in our international stores
Construction of a detailed performance measurement system to monitor the conversion rate and central processes on the website (checkout, login to the newsletter)
Optimization of landing pages, features, design and navigation paths to the website to increase conversion rate and revenue
Introduction of a test system for the implementation of B and multivariate testing
Development of targeting and personalization on the Web
Project management for on-site adjustments and new features
Development of tracking and web analytics
Your profile: An economic, media and communication science high school or technical college
At least 1-2 years experience in optimizing conversion rates, landing pages, website features, design or related fields
Good knowledge of website architecture, web tracking and analysis tools
Experience in the definition and implementation of B and multivariate testing
Proactive and results-oriented approach
Teamwork and flexibility
Good knowledge of English
