Due to rapid expansion within the marketplace, this highly successful and well reputed performance marketing business has an immediate need for an experienced Display Account Manager who can ensure successful delivery of client’ performance display campaigns. Working closely with the Account Director, you will be responsible for understanding clients’ needs and translating those requirements into a marketing plan and executing it across display networks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Account Management
o Project manage launch of new display campaigns
o Ensure delivery of campaigns on time, to brief and budget
o Daily checks for performance against client targets
o Weekly reporting to clients
o Provide campaign performance feedback with recommendations / insights for future campaigns
o Contribute to monthly and quarterly account planning
o Timely completion of weekly time sheets
· Client Management
o Develop knowledge and provide input to clients’ digital marketing strategy and thinking
o Strengthen client relationships through proactive account management
o Monitor external environment and highlight key issues to provide client with industry knowledge
o Maintain regular contact with the client regarding campaign performance and improvement
· Business Development
o Identify opportunities for increasing client spend
o Provide pre-sales support on display value proposition / capability as needed
· Teamwork
o Contribute to induction and training of new team members
o Support the wider team through project work on strategic initiatives
o Provide product feedback as appropriate to product management
o Develop / improve processes and working practices
· Other
o Occasional representation at industry events and tradeshows
o Develop working relationships with key external operational contacts
