Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Red Executive - Sliema (Malta)

THE ROLE:

You will be joining a 'hot desk' where there is already a great deal of business live and waiting to be worked. The market is very much 'candidate driven' so all of the emphasis currently is on candidate generation, although new business is oviously always welcomed. Our roles tend to be in the B2B Advertising technology Sector and thus, the salaries range from €75k to €150k with excellent margins. You will be expected to get to know this market and the ecosystem and key players that exist across Europe.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Polished and professional graduate with lots of energy and enthusiasm

• minimum 2:1 dgree although those of you with a 2:2 will be considered if you can convince us of your desire to succeed

• self motivated and driven to succeed and be the best

• experience of sales in some capacity previously. This could be a call centre, guerilla marketing or the like

• strong proven business development skills

• have good communication skills

•     be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease

•    results driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of achievement in during your life. This could be in sports capacity.

•     a strong communicator coupled with a passion for excellence and hard work

•     experienced in identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities

•     a team player, with an ethical approach to success

•     focused on providing an outstanding service, through your own initiative and hard work

•     be persuasive, persistent and patient

•     be of smart appearance

•     be able to cope with pressure

•     be flexible and adaptable

•     have a mature personality

•     have good organisational and administrative skills

In 2012, we will be endeavouring to hire two successful individuals and bring them to work in Malta. A country that has 300 days of sunshine.
