An exciting opportunity has arisen within a data-focused, social technology specialist with a range of brand and direct response services using in-house developed industry leading platform and tools. Our focus is helping world-class clients grow and scale in an increasingly technology and data-driven world.

Role:

They are looking for a Head of Media to manage a team of 9 who specialise in social media campaigns, primarily Facebook. You will be expected to guide and manage the team with campaign delivery so will need to have extensive knowledge of how to deliver Facebook campaigns in line with client targets, primarily linked to acquisition.  We need an analytical individual who can process the data of intricate media campaigns and variables, and use this information to optimise the campaign and provide the client with tangible insight.

You will be expected to assist with new business proposals, articulating how the media team can reach goals set by the client.

You will need a creative approach to reaching client targets, in an environment that is fast moving and where constant innovation is required.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director you will be largely expected to manage the team with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate ability to reach media team targets

· Client communication throughout the campaigns

· Manage a team and instil an efficient and successful approach to campaigns

· Effectively communicate your approach to the team and develop team members

· Identify new business opportunities and assist the business

· Develop teams to maximise these opportunities

Requirements:

· Client facing experience and ability to transform campaign data into useful insight for the client

· Experience and knowledge of the digital landscape

· Extensive experience with delivering Facebook CPA campaigns

· Detailed knowledge of the Facebook advertising platform

· Experience with Excel, namely pivot table manipulation

Details

· This is a permanent role and not a contract job

· You’ll be based at their modern, airy offices in Shoreditch

· You may be required to travel either to a client site or partner site
