Online Media Job Description

Marketing Communications Manager, EMEA

This leading provider of digital media trading technology and services has an immediate need for an experience Marketing & Communications Manager to work closely with the marketing teams in US and interface with sales to support UK marketing and PR initiative including marketing campaigns, collateral/packaging and events and conferences.
The successful indvidual will be respsonible for;
- Work with the corporate marketing team in the US to help design and execute a comprehensive communication stratefy that aligns with the marketing pland and broader business strategy. This includes internal communications, event management and more...
- Budget Management, you will be expeceted to devlivery project on time and within budget
- Work closely with the US Marketing Team to develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department.
- Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution, this includes managing the production or promotional material.
- Manage PR, analyst relations and industry outreach to get the word out about MediaMath.
- Studying competitor's products and services. This includes research development including conducting market research and analyzing findings.
- Review and prioritise sponsorship opportunities to further the brands in a cost effective way.
- Travel to trade shows, conferences and trade meetings.
- Craft, manage and execute a thought leadership programs that includes propriety research, byline articles, white papers and other effective tactics for the UK market.
- Achieve frequent, timing and positive media coverage across all available media.
- Manage the relationship with the PR agency.
- Liaise with the sales and recruiting/HR team on key initiatives
- Lead social media marketing efforts including the contribution to the corporate blog/microsite plus developing a smart, effective prescence on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn within the UK and Europe.
    - Develop a social media policy for MediaMath employees and oversee individual social outreach by the management team (blogging, tweets, etc.)
    - Stay on top of MediaMaths prescence on the social web and develop measurement strategies to assess the effectiveness of the social marketing program.
    - Bloggin (involving multiple areas of the business into this activity)

We are keen to hear from indivuduals who are educated to at least degree level (Business/Marketing) with CIM Marketing Qualification preferable. You should have at least 3-5 years experience of working in a communications or marketing role, experience of the online advertising industry is essential aswell as a passion for transforming the online ad space.

Applicants must be able to travel (20% - 40% of the time) this will include frequent day trips and semi-regular overnight may be required.
