MD DACH - Mobile Ad Network - Berlin
An exciting Executive position has arisen for one of the foremost Mobile Ad Networks in Europe currently.
Growing month on month and growing their company across Europe currently, they are keen to identify a MD for their core market, the DACH region to help with the continued success and bring passion and drive to their sales and business development in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Devise and execute sales strategy to drive mobile advertising revenues Interface with key clients and partners (ad-agencies, media buyers, etc.) Build, lead, manage and motivate the Advertiser and Publisher Sales team in the D-A-CH region with currently 7 direct reports and 7 other team members Create and manage incentive plans for key staff Interface with other functions at the Berlin HQ to maintain a full understanding of the strategic developments in the business Develop and manage controls, systems and processes to underpin the rapid growth of the business Manage the P&L for the D-A-CH region Close co-operation with finance to ensure invoicing and billing is handled efficiently Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 8-10 years postgraduate experience in the digital world An outstanding track record of sales management is essential – whilst there is an important general management component to this role, the immediate focus is on driving the achievement of advertising sales targets in the D-A-CH region Previous experience in an international digital business is a plus Must have managed a team of at least 10 people in the past and demonstrate ability to grow and lead a larger team Minimum 5 years experience in advertising sales management within another highly successful online business Start-up experience would be ideal, but is not essential A well-developed senior-level contact network in agencies, advertisers and publishers in the D-A-CH region Personal attributes

Unusually bright and able with sharp commercial acumen An intimate understanding of the digital advertising market landscape Organized and structured in thought and approach Communication
Excellent interpersonal skills will be needed in order to build the strong relationships that will be critical to the success of this role An accomplished presenter will be able and willing to present at conferences and events as required Must be able to work effectively at all levels. Will have the gravitas, charisma and knowledge to be credible in all business situations Strong stature and presence Motivation/Culture Fit
