Operations Director - Digital Advertising Agency - London
An exiting opportunity has arisen for an operational professional from within the digital media sector to help the current leadership team of this well known agency to develop their approach and increase the performance of key deliverables.

This role will be a key lead role and require someone who can encourage this type of approach and feel comfortable providing structure to a an environment where free thinking is the norm.
The Opportunity & Role
Support the General Manager in all aspects of commercial, business and financial management of the company.
Provide a greater management focus to the provision of management, monitoring, appraisal and review of the senior teams (the role will have three Heads of Delivery as direct reports.
Interrogate, understand and leverage client and account profitability.
Steer, influence and drive change in structures, solutions, accounts and organisational approach that will improve revenues and profitability.
Provide overview support to the General Manager in all aspects of managing, running and shaping the future direction and vision for the company.
Actively contribute to the strategic direction of this brand and manage all aspects of the business with the exception of Business Development.
And in addition to the above:
Act as a ‘Business No 2’ to the GM.
Actively support the growth plans for the business (though not lead client-facing business development activity.
Support client activity in terms of programme management and operational delivery.
Support all billing, invoicing and revenue/contribution management.
Undertake specific projects aligned with Business Plans and growth activity.
The Successful Candidate:
Well qualified, with background in Finance/Operations areas (possibly p/q accountant or MBA) with strong financial and commercial literacy.
Strong interest and probably some exposure to Technology/Web sectors.
Desire to be key part of relatively small business within context of Group organisation.
Excellent people skills including ability to client-face, robust, confident, personable and collaborative.
Excellent business acumen, highly commercial and able to make financial issues clear and concise to non-financial/technical professionals.
