PPC/SEO MANAGER - ONLINE DATING - WINDSOR

A tremedous opportunity has arisen for a PPC/SEO professional to become involved with one of the foremost names in online dating and assume control of their B2C focused PPC and SEO campaigns.

Role purpose:

To oversee the PPC and SEO activity of the own brand dating sites and report on performance. Reporting to the Acquisitions Manager and working with the Brand Guardian, Creative team and outside advertising agencies to deliver day-to-day implementation of the PPC and SEO strategy.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

"    Implement PPC campaigns from setup

"    Manage PPC campaigns for multiple sites on day-to-day basis: bid management, ad copy, optimization

"    Assist advertising agency where necessary

"    Deliver on weekly and monthly targets based on business KPIs

"    Report on campaign performance and ROI to the Acquisitions Manager

"    Analyse the full conversion journey from click to conversion using analytics software

"    Work with the Website Marketing Managers to enhance the user journey

"    Work with designers/developers to create SEO-optimized site

"    Advise Website Marketing Managers and Creative team on on-site content for SEO purposes

"    Conduct on-site and off-site SEO (link-building etc) of live sites

"    Manage affiliate activity

Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies i.e. those (including qualifications) required to fulfil role

"    Degree calibre

"    Highly numerate

"    Adwords certified

"    Minimum 2 years PPC and SEO experience

"    Experienced in using Google Adwords and other campaign platforms

"    Strong knowledge of web analytics programs: Coremetrics/Omniture/Google Analytics/Webtrends.

"    Providing insightful and commercially valuable analysis of conversion and navigation trends

"    Experience in all aspects of SEO, both on-site and off-site

"    Experienced in using SEO reporting and analysis software

"    Experience of working with affiliates an advantage

"    Good knowledge and understanding of social media marketing

"    HTML knowledge

"    Ability to build effective internal relationships

"    Ability to get projects delivered on time
