The role will be based in Malta and full relocation will be paid for the right candidates. In return for your efforts we will reward you with an competitive basic salary and market leading commission structure.

THE ROLE:

You will be joining a 'hot desk' where there is already a great deal of business live and waiting to be worked. The market is very much 'candidate driven' so all of the emphasis currently is on candidate generation, although new business is oviously always welcomed. Our roles tend to be in the 'VC Backed' B2B Advertising technology Sector and thus, the salaries range from €75k to €150k with excellent margins. You will be expected to get to know this market and the ecosystem and key players that exist across Europe.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Polished and professional experienced consultant Lots of energy and enthusiasm

• self motivated and driven to succeed and be the best

• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in this sector with a good record of billings to date

• experience of building a perms desk from scratch

• strong proven business development skills

• have good communication skills

•     be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease

•    results driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of achievement in recruitment

•     a strong communicator coupled with a passion for excellence and hard work

•     experienced in identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities

•     a team player, with an ethical approach to success

•     focused on providing an outstanding service, through your own initiative and hard work

•     be persuasive, persistent and patient

•     be of smart appearance

•     be able to cope with pressure
