Sales Director - France

SALES DIRECTOR, FRANCE - MOBILE AD NETWORK - PARIS

 We are looking for an experienced digital/ online/ mobile advertising sales professional to manage the French sales operation of one of the world's leading mobile ad networks.

Based in Paris, the Sales Director will have full P&L responsibility for all agency and direct client accounts in the French region.  This mobile ad network is in an exciting phase of rapid growth and is taking the mobile advertising space by storm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing of sales strategy to drive mobile advertising revenues


• Building strong relationships with key clients and partners (ad-agencies, media buyers, direct advertisers, etc.)


• Mastering and maintaining vast knowledge of clients business, competition and latest industry news and trends in order to provide consultation and support to your clients


• A comprehensive understanding of campaign requirements and performance right through to reporting and post campaign analysis in order to provide a high level of service to your client base


• Negotiating  contracts, campaigns and partnerships


• Leading and managing the ad sales team


• Being an operational and communication interface to the company HQ

You will need:

• At least 5 years’ professional experience in the field of marketers, ad networks or advertising


• Experience of at least online display advertising


• Proven track record of effective digital advertising sales


• Broad network of contacts among digital media agencies or direct advertising clients in France


• A comprehensive understanding of campaign requirements and performance right through to reporting and post campaign analysis in order to provide a high level of service to your client base


• Negotiating skills


• Good closing skills


• Very good knowledge of French and English, German is advantageous


• Good communication skills


• Profound analytical skills


• Entrepreneurial mindset and start-up mentality
