As part of their expansion into Europe they now offer the largest volume of premium mobile video and display impression and the greatest number of video and rich media formats in the mobile marketplace.
Mobile advertising represents one of the pillars of growth in digital advertising, our client is committed to become one of the leaders in this fast growing area. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for building lasting relations in order to grow mobile video and rich media as an advertising channel across the French Market
Main Areas of Responsibility:
· Drive the Mobile revenue stream from the designated agency and client patch
· Carry a personal revenue number
· Develop and execute against a sales strategy that delivers core pillars
· Maintain a high level of market engagement, within agencies and clients
· Work with the BD Director to provide market feedback on inventory needed and in the network
· External evangelism of mobile advertising.
· Coordinate with the European Operations Director to provide innovative ad formats
· Manage and lead a successful Account Plan for the Agency patch
Success will be monitored through:
· A revenue quota and win rate that is met or exceeded
· Meeting and Market engagement KPIs achieved
· Growing average deal size
· Growing % of repeat bookings
· Strong, effective relationships with agencies and clients
· Strong Advertiser Satisfaction scores
· 100% usage of Salesforce for pipeline management and revenue analysis

Essential Experience:
· Advertising and media Industry experience, online and/or mobile advertising a distinct advantage
· 5+ years of media sales experience
· Strong understanding of the mobile advertising industry, landscape and potential
· Strong product and solution selling
· Previous sales experience and cross-team collaboration
· Managing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
· Formulating account plans / penetration strategies, customer opportunity maps and proposal delivery schedules.
· Presentation skills.
· Negotiation skills.
· Statistical and financial analysis skills.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to identify critical issues and drive for quick resolution.
· Ability to see big picture while effectively managing details.
