UK Country Manager - Mobile Advertising

UK COUNTRY MANAGER - MOBILE ADVERTISING - LONDON

We are looking for a talented Country Manager  to establish a UK presence for one of Europe’s fastest growing mobile advertising networks.

In an autonomous role, the Country Manager will manage all aspects of the company’s UK business.  From recruiting and managing a team of talented mobile advertising and mobile marketing professionals to business development and service deliver, this is a real opportunity for an experienced Country Manager to make a real impact in the mobile space.

The Country Manager will have experience of working within a start-up environment in a digital agency, ideally within mobile marketing and mobile advertising solutions.  An entrepreneurial spirit combined with acute business acumen mean that you will have a successful track record of selling to clients throughout the mobile ecosystem and an enviable network of contacts in the UK marketplace.   With excellent all round business skills, the Country Manager will be able to demonstrate a background of managing a business as well as developing an extensive client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

•         Implementation and compliance with the strategic goals of the company in your country

•         Establishing of controlling and reporting structures market monitoring and development of new potential markets and customer segments

•         Optimization of internal structures and processes and adapted to the growing volume of business

•         Coaching and development of your team

•         Being an operational and communication interface to the HQ

Qualifications:

•         At least 5 years’ professional experience in business development in the field of (i) marketers, (ii) ad networks or (iii) online advertising

•         Experienced in internationalization of Start-ups

•         Broad contact network to (i) agencies, (ii) advertisers, (iii) publisher

•         Very good knowledge of English

•         Good communication skills

•         Pronounced analytical skills

•         Negotiating skills

•         Good closing skills

•         Entrepreneurial mindset and start-up mentality
