US Country Manager

US COUNTRY MANAGER - NEW YORK - MOBILE AD NETWORK

We are looking for an exceptional business leader to run the US operations at a global mobile ad network from their offices in New York.

This mobile ad network is serving several billion ad impressions across its premium network every month in countries all across the world.  From the US to Europe and the APAC region, this mobile ad network is ready to build on its phenomenal success story to date by further driving US revenues.  With a robust yet innovative business model, this mobile ad network boasts cutting edge technology and targetting capabilities whilst the fantastic publisher relationships built up over the years means that this mobile ad network really can deliver premium inventory across all regional markets.

To lead the US business, we are looking for a real mobile evangelist who lives and breathes the mobile advertising sector.  Based in New York, the US Country Manager will have full P&L responsibility for the US business and will be leading a team of talented sales, business development and marketing professionals.  You will have an exceptional track record of commercial success within the mobile advertising space and it is likely that you have led successful sales teams in the mobile sector.  With an outstanding network of contacts across the agency world and the ability to generate mobile ad revenues direct from brands also, you will revel in a sales oriented business leadership role.  You will also have ultimate responsibility for managing and developing US publisher relationships so contacts publisher-side will be advantageous.  The US Country Manager will have experience of managing and leading a commercial operation within the online/ digital/ mobile advertising sector, ideally in a start-up environment and you will have a strong track record of building teams and developing talent.

Core Responsibilities;

• To have full P&L responsibility for the US business


• Manage and develop a team of talented professionals


• Work with the CEO to set business strategies and deliver against goals set


• Cement the mobile ad network's reputation as a true market leader


• Drive agency and client direct sales


• Continually develop and enhance publisher relationships and premium content inventory

Experience & Qualities Required;

• A mobile evangelist with a real passion for the mobile advertising sector


• Experience of managing a P&L


• Well connected across the US agency network


• Experience of managing and developing sales teams within the digital advertising sector, ideally in mobile


• Exceptional sales record within the digital advertising sector with significant successes in mobile


• Ideally, track record of commercial success in a start-up environment

This mobile ad network are offering an exceptional salary package designed to attract the very best talent within the US mobile advertising market.  On top of a very competitive base salary, the US Country Manager will receive bonuses with a realistic expectation of doubling the base salary as well as stock options.  This is a brand new position to start as soon as possible in New York.
